Residents of North West to Experience Stage 3 Load-Shedding

North West – After more than 20 days of uninterrupted electricity supply, Eskom has announced that Stage 3 load-shedding will be implemented starting from Saturday, 22 February 2025, at 17:30 until further notice. The power utility has cited a temporary setback as the reason for the return of scheduled outages.

Residents across various areas in North West should take note of the following load-shedding schedule for Sunday, 23 February 2025:

1. Vryburg (Eskom Municipal, North West)

• 00:00 – 02:30 (Stage 3)

• 08:00 – 10:30 (Stage 3)

2. Ipelegeng (Eskom Direct, Mamusa, North West)

• 04:00 – 06:30 (Stage 3)

• 20:00 – 22:30 (Stage 3)

3. Ganyesa (Eskom Direct, NW397, North West)

• 02:00 – 04:30 (Stage 3)

• 10:00 – 12:30 (Stage 3)

4. Taung (Eskom Direct, Greater Taung, North West)

• 12:00 – 14:30 (Stage 3)

• 20:00 – 22:30 (Stage 3)

5. Boitumelong (Eskom Direct, Lekwa-Teemane, North West)

• 04:00 – 06:30 (Stage 3)

Eskom has assured residents that they are monitoring the situation and will provide further updates on Sunday, 23 February 2025.
